I had a headache last week and used the cap. It didn’t really make a difference. I’ll try again next time I get a headache.

Cold gel only covers half of head. Warms up quickly.

Didn’t stay cold at all

I like the cap but do find it to be quite very and it does go warm quite quickly. Have used it a few times in the past weeks and do think it's better thantge one sized cap.

I bought one for my daughter who suffers with migraines regularly. She contacted me and said that it helped her and now it will be her go to relief for migraines .

Headache Cap

This has helped greatly with sinus issues, migraines and headaches and even when I feel puffy from allergies. I wish the coldness lasted a little longer, but it cools quickly. Also wish there was more contact with the skin around my sinuses without having to press it down with my fingers but it's a small issue

On an average woman’s small head it isn’t tight at all, will slip down my face if I don’t put it on in a particular way. And I can see light through it.

This product allows me to treat the migraine headache I suffer from without using sedating medications. Love this the first time I used it cold, relieved the pain within 5 minutes and the slight compression also helped.

This is by far the best headache relief cap. I have searched for a long time for one that has gel on the back and front. As a migraine sufferer, mainly at the base of my skull, this cap gives the relief I need without the pain of a hard ice brick/pack. I keep mine in the freezer and it holds the cold very well. It's 5 stars from me!

I found the plastic to hard on my heel causing pain . I don’t feel like it helps my Achilles .
