Processing Time

We aim to Ship the orders as soon as we can. However, sometimes it can take up to 3 days depending on the current order volume.

Delivery Time

Our Usually delivery is 8-15 days. Most of the customer receive the orders within 10 days.

We predominantly use Australia Post, and the transit times are entirely dependant on the enterprise, and something that we cannot control. Thank You for understanding.

Change Requests:

If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make required changes. If your order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to change it.

This has helped greatly with sinus issues, migraines and headaches and even when I feel puffy from allergies. I wish the coldness lasted a little longer, but it cools quickly. Also wish there was more contact with the skin around my sinuses without having to press it down with my fingers but it's a small issue

Very loose fitting, and not blackout

On an average woman’s small head it isn’t tight at all, will slip down my face if I don’t put it on in a particular way. And I can see light through it.
